LO YUK YEE (Kitty)

Ms. Lo is a visionary leader in finance, biotech, fintech, and Web3. As Chairman and CEO of Finet Group Limited (8317.HK), she drives global financial innovation using AI and big data. She founded the Hong Kong Top 100 Listed Company Research Center and serves as President of FINMETA and PR Smart, shaping Hong Kong’s economic and Web3 landscape.
A 1981 Hong Kong Polytechnic University graduate, Ms. Lo held key roles at Standard Chartered Bank (1981-1989) and Jardine Holdings (1989-1997). She founded Hong Kong Maxx Capital Finance Limited (1999) and Maxx Biotechnology (2000), acquiring China Apollo Pharmaceutical Ltd., which is listed on the main board (0512.HK) in 2002 which later evolved into a large pharmaceutical company in China with numerous new drugs and the company market capital size reached HK$ 30 billion in 2025, earning the 2006 Best Innovation Enterprise Award.
Since 2010, Ms. Lo has led Finet Group’s digital ecosystem, including Finet Network and FinTV, promoting green communication. She co-drafted the Web3.0 Standardization White Paper and initiated the Top 100 Hong Kong Listed Company Research Center (2012) to strengthen capital markets. A policy influencer, she co-founded the Hong Kong Re-Start Alliance, serves as Vice Chairman of the Chinese Academy of Governance (HK) Alumni Association (CAGA), and is a member of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the (CPPCC) Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (12th and 13th Sessions).
TAI KWOK LEUNG (Alexander)

Mr. Tai is a seasoned professional with over four decades of experience in accountancy, corporate finance, and investments globally. Licensed under the Securities and Futures Ordinance for Type 1 , Type 4 and Type 9 regulated activities, Mr. Tai has held senior roles, including Head of Corporate Finance at Investec Capital Asia Limited and Partner at VMS Group, overseeing USD 2 billion in AUM until his retirement from VMS Securities Limited in 2023.
A graduate of Victoria University of Wellington (Bachelor of Commerce and Administration, 1982), Mr. Tai is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand. His early career included roles at KPMG, PwC, and Standard Chartered Asia Limited.
Currently, Mr. Tai serves as an Executive Director of Finet Group Limited (HKSE: 8317) and as an Independent Non-Executive Director of G&M Holdings Limited (HKSE: 6038), China Star Entertainment Limited (HKSE: 0326), BExcellent Group Holdings Limited (HKSE: 1775), and Qingdao Eoroom Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (NEEQ: 874535). He is also a member of the 13th Shandong Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Secretary General of the Hong Kong Capital Markets Practitioners Association, advocating for the advancement of Hong Kong’s financial services industry.
CHAN LIN-FONG (Benson)

Mr. Chan is a seasoned financial executive with over three decades of experience in investment banking and asset management. His expertise encompasses global markets, including Asia, North America, and the U.K. with a focus on real estate, acquisition financing, special situations, and distressed acquisitions.
Mr. Chan has held senior leadership roles at leading international investment banks, including JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, and UBS Warburg, in both Hong Kong and the U.S.
As CIO and Responsible Officer at Finet Securities Limited (AAH574), Mr. Chan oversees investment strategies, portfolio management and risk governance ensuring alignment of financial objectives for all family office investors.
Mr. Chan holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California and an Executive Education in Cybersecurity from the University of Oxford. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (CAMS).
